I have spent some time reading for the last month (and enjoying the sunshine, swimming, meditating, cycling, running, drinking red wine and eating good food). I hope you had a great break too. And then suddenly, it is the end of August, and we are all back in working mode. Preparing for what promises to be an interesting few months.

Here are the three books that stood out and are the perfect preparation for the coming months:

1. Good strategy, bad strategy

A refreshing perspective on strategy and what it is and what it isn´t. Ultimately, my conclusion is that strategy, after you have done a good analysis, finally comes down to 100-day plans. Super simple, super focused and entirely action-oriented. Read “What can you achieve in a 100 days?”. We are about to start with our next batch of companies, and we have two places left. E-mail me if you are interested in the 100-day service.

2. Full spectrum thinking

Full-spectrum thinking is about recognising patterns, seeking clarity, and resisting certainty. Accepting chaos, diversity and interconnections. In fact, is the perfect advertisement for what I do. Helping you to improve your strategic perspective. With what is coming down the track, you might want to give me a call (+353851006307).

3. Build

The playbook for entrepreneurs and makers. Why be mediocre when you can awesome? Why not strive for excellence? Why not strive to create that magic? Because that is what life is all about. Amplified living, living a vivid life. Be the best you can be.

Have some craic, have a plan, focus on execution and you are set up for the last quarter of the year. Have a great September.
