Hot, hot, hot

This picture sums up the summer for me. It was hot. Not only was it hot in Spain, it has been hot everywhere. And it is going to stay hot (metaphorically). The environment we are all operating in, seems to be on fire.

Situational awareness is the foundation of survival

All the more reason to become more situationally aware. I wrote a blog about it. What can you learn form herds, predators and special forces and why it is it important. My claim is that building your future fitness will make your company worth more. You will be surprised how simple it is. You stay future-fit by boosting your situational awareness (creating a simple information dashboard), you apply the strategic filters, you use specific scenario prompts, and you close the narrative & valuation gap. I wrote about that too. If you are simply focusing on surviving and firefighting, this is not for. Anyone else, drop me a line.
